| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2016, has transacted the following:
1. Accepted resignation tendered by Shri H R Kilachand as Executive Chairman & Director of the Company due to his engagement in various business activities. Accordingly, Shri H R Kilachand ceased to be the Executive Chairman & Director of the Company w.e.f. April 29, 2016.
2. Appointed Shri A S Ruia as Chairman of the Company.
3. Appointed Shri Rohan Kilachand as a Whole Time Director designated as 'Executive Director’ of the Company, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
4. Reconstituted Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee subsequent to the change in the Company's Directorship. |
