1. Approved the Sub-Division of Equity Shares of Rs. 5 each into 5 Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- (Rupee Only only) each, subject to the approval of the members and other regulatory bodies.
2. Accepted the Resignation of Shri. Lakshman Raju Racherla as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. September 16, 2014. |
