In this meeting Board will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, in view of the code of conduct adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the period from May 14, 2016 to May 27, 2016, both days inclusive, is to be treated as trading window closure period. |
