1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report of the Company for the half year ended September 30, 2016.
2. To Consider and approve postal Ballot Process for Sale of un-used land & dilapidated Construction Which is un-used since 16 Years pursuant to Section 180(1)(a) of Companies Act, 2013.
Further, the Trading Window of the Company shall be closed from October 24, 2016 to October 30, 2016 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Board Meeting. |
