1. Authorisation for Restructuring of Debts.
2. Issue of Compulsorily Convertible Debentures on Preferential Basis.
3. Option to CDR Lenders for converting Loans into Equity Shares.
Duly completed the Postal Ballot form should reach in Scrutinizer on or before March 19, 2012.
