| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/05/2016 15:43:52 | Indian Terrain Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 5,60,000 Equity Shares of the Company to Mr. Amitabh Suri, Chief Operating officer, pursuant to exercise of options granted under ESOP 2011. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to Rs. 7,45,42,600 consisting 3,72,71,300 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
