| Exchange Received Time 14/06/2017 16:42:16 Exchange Disseminated Time 14/06/2017 16:42:17 Time Taken 00:00:01 | This is to inform you that the Company has fixed the Wednesday, 19th July 2017 as the Cut-off date to record the entitlement of the members/shareholders, to cast their vote electronically/remote e-voting, in respect of all the items of business as indicated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 26th July, 2017, pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Rules framed thereunder read with Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation, 2015.
The Company would be availing e-voting Services of Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL).
The details pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the relevant Rules prescribed thereunder are as follows:-
1. Date and time of commencement of e-voting: Sunday 23rd July 2017 (9.00 AM)
2. Date and time of end of e-voting: Tuesday, 25th July, 2017 (5.00 PM)
3. E-voting by electronic mode shall not be allowed beyond 5.00 PM on 25th July, 2017.
Consequently, the same cut-off date i.e. the Wednesday, 19th July 2017 would also determine members who do not cast their vote electronically, to cast their vote as may be required at the said AGM on 26th July, 2017.
