| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2014, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 1.60 per share on fully paid-up equity share capital of the Company, subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Dividend shall be paid after the conclusion of the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company. The date of payment of dividend will be intimated after the conclusion of the 23rd Annual General Meeting. |
