| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dil Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2015 inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
Further, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and the Company's Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Trading Window (period for trading in Company's securities) shall be closed from February 03, 2015, till expiry of 24 hours from the close of business hours on the date of the ensuing Board Meeting to be held on February 13, 2015 (both days inclusive).
During the closure of Trading Window, all Directors and Designated Employees shall not trade or deal or enter into any transaction involving sale or purchase of the Company's Equity Shares, either in their own name or in the name of their dependent relatives. |
