| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ramvilas Maheshwari, Maheshwari Prakash Ramvilas, Navin Ramvilas Maheshwari, Parul Maheshwari, Shantadevi Maheshwari, Sunita Maheshwari, Vandana Maheshwari, Vikas Maheshwari, Rajaram Maheshwari, Anita Sanjay Maheshwari, Kaushaladevi Maheshwari, Rahul Maheshwari, Sanjay Maheshwari and Sejal Maheshwari (together "Sellers") part of Promoter and Promoter group of Orient Press Ltd (the "Company") has submitted to BSE a Notice of Offer for sale of 12,17,578 equity shares, representing 15.08% of the total paid up equity shares capital of the Company on September 12, 2013 through a sale on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd (the "Stock Exchange") for this purpose.
The Sale shall take place on a separate window of the Stock Exchange and shall commence on September 12, 2013 at 9:15 a.m. and shall close on the same date at 3:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time ("Sale Date").
Further, the floor price for the Sale in terms of SEBI OFS Circulars shall be as below:
Rs. 60/- (Rupees Sixty Only) per equity share of Orient Press Ltd (the "Floor Price"). |
