| Exchange Disseminated Time 09/11/2016 17:10:18 | Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved:
1. Acceptance of Deposits by the Company in terms of resolution passed by the shareholders in Annual General Meeting held on August 30, 2016. Accordingly, it has approved DPT -1, i.e Circular in the Form of Advertisement Inviting Deposits by the Company pursuant to Section 73 (2)(v) and section 76 and rule 4(1) and 4(2) of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014]
2. Two sugar plants of the Company have already commenced cane crushing operations for sugar season 2016-17 and remaining three plants shall commence crushing operations by November 15, 2016 |
