| Exchange Disseminated Time | Times Guaranty Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 22, 2011 inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2011 together with the Directors' Report and the Auditors' Report thereon.
2. Appointment of Dr. Bhaskar Das & Mr. S. Sivakumar, as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Appointment of M/s. V. B. Goel & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, as the Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and that the Board of Directors of the Company on remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Appointment of Mr. Arun Arora, as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation. |
