| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kartik Investments Trust Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2011 inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the report of the Directors, the report of the Auditors and the Audited Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2011 and the Balance Sheet as at that date.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. R. Surendran, as a Director of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Shanker Giri & Prabhakar, Chartered Accountants, Chennai as auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
