| Exchange Disseminated Time | KEC International Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Ramesh Chandak, who has been the Managing Director of the Company for several years and also responsible for taking the Company to great heights, is retiring from the position of Managing Director w.e.f. close of business hours of April 01, 2015. Post his retirement he would be associated with the Company as an Advisor and will continue to be a member of the Board of the Company.
Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2014, has appointed Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, as a Whole-Time Director w.e.f. January 01, 2015. He has also been appointed as the Managing Director & CEO (Designate) w.e.f. the same date. Mr. Kejriwal will take over as the Managing Director & CEO after Mr. Chandak ceases to be the Managing Director. |
