| Exchange Disseminated Time | Abirami Financial Services India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on June 22, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Approved Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2007, the Profit & Loss account as on that date along with the Schedules and Notes forming part of the accounts, Directors Report, Auditors Report and Balance Sheet abstract and Company's general business profile thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Teckchand Vaswani and Mr. P Sankaran as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. K C Sthalasayanam, Chartered Accountant, as Auditor of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on a remuneration, terms and conditions.
4. Appointed Mr. T V Srinivasan & Mr. V G Suresh Kumar, who holds office as Directors till the ensuing Annual General Meeting, as Directors to retire by rotation.
5. Re-appointed of Mr. P Sankaran as Executive Director of the Company for a period of One Year w.e.f. June 19, 2007 on terms and conditions.
6. Keeping all other statutory registers at the Registrars and Share transfer Agents office at M/s. Cameo Corporate Services Ltd, No. 1 Club House Road, Chennai, instead of being kept at the Registered Office of the Company. |
