1. The audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2015.
2. To fix the date of the Annual General Meeting and the period of book closure.
Further, in terms of Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation, the Trading Window will be closed from May 20, 2015 to May 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders. |
