| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jyoti Ltd has informed BSE that the next Board Meeting of the Company for approval and adoption of Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended on March 31, 2015 will be held on May 30, 2015.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2015 for all the Designated Persons (including Promoters and Directors) of the Company from May 22, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Statements of the Company to the Stock Exchanges i.e. till June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
