| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat State Financial Corporation has informed BSE that the 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on January 23, 2009, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. To receive, consider and adopt the Profit and Loss Account and balance Sheet of the Corporation for the year ended on March 31, 2008 along with Auditor's Report thereon and the report of the Board of Directors.
2. To reappoint M/s. R S Patel & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as auditors of the Corporation to hold office from the conclusion of this Animal General Meeting till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting as recommended by RBI and to fix their remuneration. |
