| Exchange Disseminated Time | Global Offshore Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, has approved the following;
1. The Board of Directors, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting has recommended dividend of 12% i.e. Rs. 1.20 per share for year ended March 31, 2014.
2. Subject to Shareholders’ approval, appointment of Mr. Aditya A. Garware as Vice Chairman & Managing Director for a period of 5 years w.e.f. February 01, 2014. |
