| Exchange Disseminated Time | BF Utilities Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has entered into a Scheme of Arrangement involving demerger of investment business into BF Investment Ltd. In order to give effect to the Scheme of Arrangement the Company has decided to revise the audited Annual Accounts for the year ended September 30, 2009.
To enable to Company to revise the Audited Annual Accounts for the year September 30, 2009 and place the same before the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting, the Registrar of Companies, Pune has granted extension of time for holding the Annual General Meeting by three months.
Accordingly, the Company will hold the Annual General Meeting on or before June 30, 2010. |
