| Exchange Disseminated Time | Compuage Infocom Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 09, 2012, inter alia, has decided the following:
1. The Board of Directors has decided to exit out of Adit E-Commerce pvt. Ltd. and Greenvision Technologies Private Limited (subsidiary Companies) as they are not in line with the Company's core distribution business. The Board of Directors has formed a Committee comprising of Ms. Preeti Trivedi, Mr. Sunil Mehta and Mr. Atul H. Mehta to execute the above transaction in the best interest of the Company. |
