Allotment of Equity Shares to employee on exercise of ESOP

Majesco Ltd has informed BSE that at a meeting of Investor Grievances and Stakeholder Relationship Committee on December 30, 2016, 21,371 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) were allotted to employees who exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes. The said shares will rank pari- passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 2,33,34,748 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 11,66,73,740/-.
