After BanyanTree Growth Capital LLC sold its entire investment in the company, Mr. Naval Jawaharlal Totla continued in the Board as a Non-Executive Director. But due to his other commitments and the fact that BanyanTree Growth Capital LLC does not hold any stake in the company, he has tendered his resignation from the Company. |
