Commissioner, Central Excise Commissionerate, Rohtak in which the Addl. Commissioner has:
1. Confirmed demand of short paid Central Excise duty amounting to Rs. 6,90,022/- along with interest as applicable.
2. Imposed redemption fine of Rs. 36,00,000/-.
3. Imposed the penalty of Rs. 36,46,276/-. |
