    With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 07, 2013, regarding Company had signed up Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Enviro-Hub Holdings Ltd, Singapore (Enviro) for 100% acquisition of Enviro’s wholly owned subsidiary viz., Cimelia Resource Recovery Pte Ltd, Singapore (Cimelia), Cerebra Integrated Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that Enviro being listed Company on Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX), has called for an EGM to be held on June 24, 2013 to get the Share holders approval for the proposed disposal of Cimelia.
