| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Indian Overseas Bank has informed BSE that the Government of India, vide its notification dated September 27, 2013 and in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 9 of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 1970/1980, read with sub-clause(1) of clause 3 and sub-clause(1) of clause 8 of The Nationalized Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980, has appointed Shri. Atul Agarwal as Executive Director of the Bank with effect from the date of his taking over charge of the post and up to September 30, 2016, i.e. the date of his attaining the age of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Accordingly he assumed charge on September 27, 2013 at the Bank. |
