| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/10/2016 16:13:56 | Nitta Gelatin India Ltd has informed BSE that Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC) one of the promoters of the Company, had vide their letter September 27, 2016 informed of their decision to nominate Sri Paul Antony IAS, as Chairman of the Company in place of Sri P H Kurian IAS. The change in nomination has taken effect from date of their intimation of the change, which reached the Company on October 01, 2016.
The Board of Directors of the Company shall cognise the change at the forth coming Board meeting. |
