| Exchange Disseminated Time | BASF India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).
In terms of the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company is required to notify "Trading Window Closure period" to all its Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
In this connection, the Company hereby notifies the period from July 18, 2015 to July 30, 2015 as the "Trading Window Closure Period" to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled on July 28, 2015. |
