| Exchange Disseminated Time | VC Corporate Advisors Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") on behalf of Mr. Suresh Venkatachari, Mr. R.S. Ramani & Mr. M. V. Bhaskar ("Acquirers") has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement to the Shareholders of 8K Miles Software Services Ltd (formerly P M Strips Ltd) ("Target Company"), which is in continuation of & should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement ("PA") dated September 07, 2010, pursuant to and in compliance with Regulation 10 & 12 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 and subsequent amendments thereto ("Regulations"), the shareholders of the Target Company are requested to note the following amendment with respect to the PA:
1. The Original and Revised Schedule of major activities pertaining to the Offer
2. The Target Company has received fresh Certificate of Incorporation vide certificate dated October 09, 2010 from Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh consequent to the change of the name of Company from "P. M. Strips Ltd" to "8K Miles Software Services Ltd".
All other terms and conditions of the Offer remain unchanged.
