| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/01/2016 18:26:14 | TV Today Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 08, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015 along with the limited review report of the auditors for the corresponding period (Q3).
Further, In terms of the SEBI {Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company’s code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 of the Company from January 19, 2016 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results of the Company to the public (both days inclusive). |
