"This has reference to our letter dated 15.1.2016 in connection with the Orders dated 30.12.2015 of KLM Court of Appeal, Malaysia wherein it ruled in favour of the Company and was pleased to set aside the Orders of KLM High Court and allowed the Appeal filed by the Company.
Company has received a Notice of Motion filed by the Respondents/Appellants for leave to appeal to the Federal Court against the decision of the Court of Appeal which allowed JCTs appeal on 30.12.2015.
As of the date hereof, the Federal Court has not passed any order in the aforesaid Notice of Motion filed by the Respondents/Appellants." |
