| Exchange Disseminated Time 24/10/2016 16:48:25 | With reference to the earlier latter dated October 13, 2016, pertaining to the upcoming meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on October 27, 2016, Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board will consider among other things the following proposals:
1. Declaration of Interim Dividend.
2. Buy-back of fully paid-up Equity Shares of the Company, quantum & mode of Buy-back and other matters incidental thereto in accordance with the provisions of Sections 68, 69 and 70 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy Back of Securities) Regulations, 1998, as amended.
3. Change of name of the Company from “Sasken Communication Technologies Limited” to “Sasken Limited” / “Sasken Technologies Limited” in accordance with the applicable provisions of laws.
4. Formulation of a Scheme for grant of Stock Based Instruments in accordance with the applicable provisions of laws. |
