| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kitex Garments Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2005, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the Directors Report, the Annual Accounts and the Auditors Report for the year ended March 31, 2005.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. C Mohan, as Director of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Venkit & Hari, Chartered Accounts, as Auditors to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
4. Alteration of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company with respect to subdivision of equity shares. |
