| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/01/2017 16:29:40 | TIL Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (at its meeting held on January 30, 2017 prior to holding of the Board Meeting) the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the following at its meeting held on January 30, 2017:
1. Appointment of Mr. Aloke Banerjee, President & Chief Financial Officer as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from January 01, 2017 who shall be holding office upto the next Annual General Meeting,
2. Appointment and remuneration of Mr. Aloke Banerjee as a Whole time Director and Chief Financial Officer (designated as Director - Finance & Chief Financial Officer) for a period of 5 years with effect from January 01, 2017, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
