We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on today (May 27, 2017) has, re-appointed Mr. Parthiv F. Patel (DIN:00050211) as Managing Director of the Company for a further term of five years effective from August 01, 2018 to July 31, 2023. The said re-appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at their next Annual General Meeting.
This intimation is being made under Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of Regulations. The disclosure in pursuance thereof is enclosed herewith.
