Alstom T & D India Ltd has informed BSE that subsequent to the (a) approval of Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") by way of a resolution dated September 27, 2013; and (b) approval accorded by the shareholders of the Company under Section 81(1 A) and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 on October 31, 2013, the Board has by a resolution dated November 21, 2013, decided to issue up to 16,942,500 Equity Shares in accordance with Chapter VIII-A of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 as amended and in accordance with a letter dated September 26, 2013 issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“Issue”) and has approved and adopted the Red Herring Prospectus for the Issue, which will be delivered for registration to the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana and filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, BSE Limited, the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited.

The issue programme shall be disclosed in the floor price band announcement to be issued at least one day prior to the issue opening date.
