| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement regarding passing of appropriate resolutions in the Annual General Meeting held on September 27, whereas shareholders have approved the change of the name of Company from "VAPI PAPER MILLS LTD" to "VAPI ENTERPRISE LTD" by way of a special resolution, Vapi Paper Mills Ltd has now informed BSE that, subsequent to approval of Shareholders and an application made by the Company to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Mumbai, Maharashtra, an approval for change of name of the Company to "VAPI ENTERPRISE LTD" w.e.f. October 08, 2013 has been obtained.
The Company has further informed that a fresh "Certification of Incorporation" has been obtained from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. |
