| Exchange Disseminated Time | Anand Rathi Advisors Ltd ("Manager to the Buyback") on behalf of Allied Digital Services Ltd ("Target Company") has informed thia Corrigendum to the Post Buyback Public Announcement to the Equity Shareholders / Beneficial Owners of the equity shares of the Target Company, which is in continuation of & should be read in conjunction with the Post Buyback Public Announcement ("PBPA") dated February 17, 2012 published on February 18, 2012.
The Equity Shareholders / Beneficial Owners of Equity Shares of the Target Company are requested to take the note of following changes made to the PBPA:
In point b of clause 1, words ‘Till closure of Buyback’ to be deleted.
In point b of clause 2, 11.60% to be substituted with 11.56%.
In point b of clause 3, table to be substituted with the Shareholding Pattern
