The Board of Directors at their Meeting held on 6th December, 2017 had decided to issue 9 Crore Convertible Warrants to Promoter Group entity & other Investors on Preferential basis. The said arrangement was required to be passed subject to approval of Members through Extra Ordinary General Meeting. However, due to an inadvertent error it was erroneously mentioned as Postal Ballot.
Please note apart from this there is no change in the content of Outcome.
