1. Cyber Media Employee Stock Option Scheme 2012
2. Cyber Media Employee Stock Options Scheme 2012 for Subsidies
Duly completed the Postal Ballot form should reach the Scrutinizer on or before March 07, 2012. The Scrutinizer will submit his Report to the Chairman after completion of the scrutiny and the result of the voting by Postal Ballot will be declared on March 12, 2012 at 4 p.m. at the registered office of the Company.
