| Exchange Disseminated Time | Madhav Marbles & Granites Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve the following resolutions by way of Postal Ballot :
1. To sell, lease or otherwise transfer the major capital assets comprising of Land, Building, Plant & Machinery and related Spare parts and Stores of Marble division, shunted at Udaipur, Rajasthan with effect from such date and for such consideration and on such terms and conditions, as may be decided by the Board , Subject to necessary provisions and approvals.
The Company has appointed Shri Yogesh C. Pokharna, Chartered Accountant as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot voting process in a fair and transparent manner.
The scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman after completion of the scrutiny and the results of the postal ballot will be announced by the Chairman on 21st Annual General Meeting to be held on September 25, 2010. |
