1. Accepted the resignation of Mr. Durga Prasad Kottalanka, as company secretary and compliance officer of the company effective from today.
2. Appointed Ms. Srishti Soni as company secretary and compliance officer of the company. Ms. Srishti soni who is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India bearing Membership Number: ACS 46395, aged 25 years is a commerce Graduate. Before joining the company, She was associated with Sandhya Prakash Limited as company secretary for about 5 Months. Her appointment is effective from today i.e December 30, 2017.
