| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/07/2016 16:49:21 | FGP Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 02, 2016, inter alia, to approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
Further pursuant to Company’s Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (the Code) adopted as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities shall remain closed from Friday, July 22, 2016 till closure of Company’s business hours on Thursday, August 04, 2016 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on Friday, August 05, 2016.
Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and all other persons covered under the Code are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company from July 22, 2016 to August 04, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
