| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Walchand Peoplefirst Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 06, 2015, inter alia, has decided to recommend the payment of dividend of Re. 1 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each to the shareholders of the Company. The said dividend shall be paid subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on July 31, 2015. The dividend warrants will be dispatched on or before August 29, 2015. |
