| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier letter dated February 26, 2015 regarding Postal Ballot Notice sent to the Members of the Company, seeking their approval through Postal Ballot voting process for the resolutions mentioned in the notice.
Skipper Ltd has now informed BSE that in Explanatory Statement, for Item No. 2 to 5 on page no.7 of the notice the heading of the column has been inadvertently mentioned as Monthly Remuneration (Rs.) instead of Annual Remuneration (Rs.). The details of remuneration proposed to be paid to Managing Director and Whole Time Directors are on annual basis.
Further, the Company has submitted rectified copy of notice and Postal Ballot alongwith instruction for e-voting. |
