| Exchange Disseminated Time | United Phosphorus Ltd has posted a Net Profit of Rs 262.18 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2003 (MQ-03) as compared to a Net Profit of Rs 191.45 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2002 (MQ-02). Total Income (Net of Excise) has decreased from Rs 1,844.45 million in MQ-02 to Rs 1,842.25 million in MQ-03.
The Company has posted a Net profit of Rs 503.78 million for the year ended March 31, 2003 (FY-03) as compared to a Net Profit of Rs 360.74 million for the year ended March 31, 2002 (FY-02). Total Income (Net of Excise) has increased from Rs 6,102.29 million in FY-02 to Rs 6,674.92 million in FY-03.
CONSOLIDATED RESULTS:
The Group has posted a Net profit of Rs 322.70 million for the year ended March 31, 2003 (FY-03) as compared to a Net Profit of Rs 155.30 million for the year ended March 31, 2002 (FY-02). Total Income (Net of Excise) has increased from Rs 8,751.30 million in FY-02 to Rs 9,963.00 million in FY-03.
DIVIDEND:
The Board of Directors has recommended a Dividend @20% on Equity Shares. |
