Closure of Trading Window
"Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed from February 03, 2017 to February 15, 2017 {both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. It is clarified that "Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed for concerned persons as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. The aforesaid closure of trading window is not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them. |
