| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sahara Housingfina Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, inter alia, has passed a resolution authorizing the Company to issue on Private Placement basis Unlisted, Unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures [classified as “subordinated debt” under Clause (zd) of sub’ rule (1) of Rule 2 of Chapter - I and constituting ‘Tier-II Capital of the Company as per the Housing Finance Companies (NHB) Directions, 2010], of the face value of Rs. 1,00,000 lac (Rupees One Lac) each for cash, not exceeding Rs. 25,00,00,000 cores (Rupees Twenty Five Crores) in one or more trenches to augment the long tent working capital requirements of the Company to select investors, not being individuals, who will make an application to the Company fix the aforesaid subscription.
