| Exchange Disseminated Time | Piramal Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2015 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014. The results shall be subjected to limited review.
Further, pursuant to NSE Circular dated December 18, 2013, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its Directors /Officers / Designated Employees will remain closed from January 31, 2015 to February 10, 2015 in terms of clause 3.2.3 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and clause V of Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company.
The Company shall be publishing only consolidated results in the newspapers. However, the Company shall be filing both standalone and consolidated results with the Stock Exchanges. |
