Further, pursuant to Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 read with new SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Equity Share of the company for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed with effect from May 19, 2016 and will reopen after 48 hours of the publication of aforesaid financial results. |
